If you want the very best and price is no object, go to Strip in Notting Hill or Chelsea (http://www.2strip.com).
If it's convenient for you, for a much lower price and an excellent spotlessly clean salon, I recommend Beauty Box in Edgware, 020 8952 5382. (no website).
